We want you to be happy with GeoRankLand. If you’re not, we’ll make it right.

1. Free Trial

GeoRankLand offers a free tier with 1 scan per day — no credit card required. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the Service before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Agency) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email us at hello@georankland.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and your account email address. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

After the 7-day money-back period, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription after 7 days, you will retain access until the end of the annual period.

5. Exceptions — When We Will Refund Outside the 7-Day Window

We will consider refunds outside the 7-day window in the following circumstances:

  • The Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 hours) due to our fault
  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
  • A technical issue on our side prevented you from using the Service you paid for

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
